1. After trimming the bottom of oyster mushroom (200g), wash it once under running water, shake off the water, and shred it along the grain.
2. Shred onion (60g) and slice cheongyang red pepper (1 pc)
3. Combine ginmichae (50g) with mayonnaise (1T) and cooking wine (1T).
4. Grease a pan with oil, add onion and stir-fry, then add oyster mushrooms separately and stir-fry.
5. Add oyster sauce (1T) and minced garlic (2t) and stir-fry
6. Stir-fry seasoned delicacies on one side of the pan
7. Mix delicacies and oyster mushrooms, then add Cheongyang pepper
8. Add sesame seeds (1t) and mix
- I think the point is to stir-fry without watering
