Alligators & Airboats in the Louisiana Bayou

The New Orleans AirBoat Tours LLC, a family owned and operated business in Marrero, LA , offers fun, informative, tours of the Louisiana bayou. Our captain shared his knowledge and love of the land, along with some great stories and up close encounters with the alligators.
This tour was on March 20, 2023 and a part of our New Orleans vacation. We traveled via Amtrak, stayed in a hotel on Bourbon Street, and relied on Uber, Blue Bike rentals, and our feet to explore the city. The airboat tour offered pick up service at our hotel, and their driver shared his insider tips for places to see in the city. Our visit to the bayou balanced out the bustle of the French Quarter.
