My 1st TEMU Order Arrived: Optimus Prime Has Rolled Out

I have been a fan of the original Transformers series since it first debuted back in the 1980's. Bumblebee, Perceptor, Jetfire, Starscream, I loved them all. The one I always wanted, however, was the big 'bot himself, Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots. While a few of my friends had him, I only ever got him in trade, and he was always missing pieces. Well, I may finally be getting an Optimus in my collection, although it's not the original.

I've been seeing all sorts of ads for the website TEMU lately, and it's sort of an AliExpress meets eBay sort of thing. Well, they had been pushing ads to my feed showing a reprint of Optimus Prime. It looked really good for a reprint, and all the consumer photos looked spot-on as well. I saw it was on sale for $42 and change, and I found a 30% off coupon which brought it down to about $33. Well, that was just the prime price for me to take a risk and order one.

The box from TEMU just arrived so I recorded opening the package and box. There it was in all it's glory, an amazing reproduction of the 1984 HASBRO Optimus Prime Toy. Now, I will say the box material felt a bit thin compared to the original, but the printing, logos, tech specs, and this looks amazing. I am so unbelievably excited to unbox this and take a closer look.
