West Nile concerns make mosquito abatement a priority

Kern Mosquito and Vector Control says the county hasn't seen rain like recently in years, and with an expected increase in mosquitoes, there is a possibility of more West Nile Virus cases this summer. 23ABC's Henry Flores spoke with Vector Control about this year's abatement strategy.
