The Ultimate Road Trip | Summer 2017 | Truck Camping Adventure!

In the summer of 2017, while my friends and family were getting married, having kids, and going about their lives I turned my truck into a home on wheels, packed up my dog and hit the road.

I didn't keep track of the gas that was used but I drove an average of 9000 miles overall.

I left my little hometown in central area of Texas on Easter weekend of 2017 and didn't return until the first week of August 2017.

I had no mechanical issues along the way and only had a few annoyance inconveniences, e.i. lost one of my two debit cards and the key to my shell. The key was easily replaced. The card was canceled and later replaced when I got back to Texas.

I only have one regret: That I wasn't able to stay out there longer.

Camera I used was a Canon Powershot SX510 HS 30x Zoom. I believe this particular one is no longer being made. It's little more than a fancy point and shoot but it works for what I need it for.
I'm not a videographer so these videos won't be the fancy sort you might be used to.

I originally hadn't planned on putting my trip content into video to be posted online. However, I get so much value and enjoyment out of other people's travel videos I thought I would try to piece a little something together.

If my videos get stumbled upon, I hope I can provide just a fraction of the inspiration and enjoyment to you that I have had by watching other fellow traveler's videos.
