RULES OF THE 90 DAYS HARD CHALLENGE:
1 - No alcohol
2 - Healthy diet, no cheat meals
3 - 2 workouts per day
4 - Meditate every day
5 - Read 15 pages per day
6 - Go to bed before 11 pm and wake-up between 5 and 7 am
7 - If the above rule isn't accomplished, I must do 1 push-up per minute failed
8 - Minimum 3 liters of water per day (tea included)
9 - Show my progress daily
10 - Cold showers everyday
11 - No sexual pleasure
