S.E.E. UBI Universal Basic Income Discussion. A Bad Idea?

Will Universal Basic Income policy ever come to fruition or too much of an overreach? Taxes would need to be reassess, Federal and State along with long standing entitlements, welfare payout. In the end it may cost Americans 35% in taxes or more.
