REACTING TO MY BRIEF 20 MINUTE TOWN SPEECH!

A few weeks ago we attended a Town Council Meeting to express concerns on the proposal that considered turning Thetford into a 20 Minute Neighborhood.
However, because we arrived in such unexpected numbers, we agreed to rearrange another Emergency Meeting with our County Council.
As I felt passionately about the subject I decided to stand up and speak.
