For today’s recipe, we’re going to do another pasta dish that is quick and easy... Pasta with Breadcrumbs, which can be the main entre or just a side dish.

As always, prep your ingredients in advance...it really helps the workflow and prevents mistakes.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:

Start with a good amount of extra virgin olive oil
10 anchovies finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flake
1 tablespoon seafood bouillon or fish sauce
6 cloves of fresh garlic finely chopped
2 eggs separated with the yolks only
1/2 teaspoon Calabrian chili paste, or your favorite hot sauce
6 tablespoons pecorino romano cheese grated
1/4 cup of fresh parsley finely chopped
1/4 cup of kosher salt for pasta water
1 pound of your favorite long pasta
coarse black pepper for seasoning to taste
1 medium lemon cut in wedges and served with each dish to be squeezed as liberally as the guests want
