Origin:
Middle 1/3 of Posterior Surface of the Tibia

Insertion:
Distal Phalanges of Toes #2 to #5

Functions:
1-Flexion of the Toes #2 to #5 @ the MTP & PIP & DIP Joints
2-Plantar Flexion of the Foot @ the Ankle Joint
3-Inversion of the Foot @ the Subtalar Joint

Nerve:
Tibial Nerve

Activation: (Prone) Flexion of the Toes #2 to #5 @ MTP and IP with Plantar Flexion of the Foot
Lengthening: (Supine) Extension of the Toes #2 to #5 @ MTP and IP with Dorsiflexion of the Foot
