Is there really fraud in the electoral machine? How does a modern electoral machine work? Let’s take Tarrant County as an example, to describe how the HART-Verity electoral machine is applied to the operation of cast and counting votes in elections. In fact, the process of any election operation should be supervised and audited, otherwise fraud will be inevitable. We look forward to relevant legislation to enable monitoring and independent audits to ensure the security and integrity of elections.
