Russia says arrests suspect in killing of pro-war blogger

Russia says it has arrested a woman on suspicion of a blast that killed a military blogger at a cafe in St Petersburg. Vladen Tatarsky supported Moscow's war on Ukraine but at times criticized the defense establishment. Russian politicians blamed Kyiv. Lucy Fielder has more.
