How To Make Chicken Fritters | Easy Chicken Fritters
These Chicken Fritters are crispy on the outside, and soft, juicy, and tender on the inside. You're going to instantly fall in love with them as soon as you have a bite!
Ingredients:
340 grams chicken breast, diced into ¼” cubes
¼ cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 large egg
Oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. Clean chicken breast. Then cut the chicken into tiny cubes, about ¼” and place into the mixing bowl. Add the flour, salt, chopped fresh parsley, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, and egg.
2. Mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add oil. Add a tablespoon of chicken mixture at a time. Slightly flatten the top. Fry until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Flip and fry for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Once done, place fritters onto a plate lined with paper towels to soak in excess oil. Add more oil to the pan as necessary and repeat the frying process.
5. Serve them right away (if you prefer them warm). Enjoy!
