For many centuries now, the Church has taught that the crucifixion took place on a Friday, and many scholars continue to hold and defend that view to this day. But we know it wasn’t, it’s not 3 days and 3 nights as Yeshua said in MAT 12:40. How can you trust someone who can’t even count to 3? Yeshua died on Wednesday evening, GOD raised Yeshua from the dead on Saturday evening, which was the first day of the week.
More correctly HE came and died as the Lamb of GOD that took away the Sins of the world, and was Resurrected as the First Fruits and then sent the HS to us at Pentecost.

EXO 12:2, “This month shall be the beginning of the months for you…” Referring to the month of Nisan.
The month refers to the month of Abib, which was changed to Nisan (flight) after the Babylonian captivity. EXO 13:3–4: “Moses said to the people, ‘Remember this day in which you went out from Egypt, from the house of slavery; for by a powerful hand the Lord brought you out from this place. And nothing leavened shall be eaten. On this day in the month of Abib, you are about to go forth.’”
