A&S Police admit supporting KIDNAPPING, TORTURE AND SERIAL M*RDER during call

How do these people manage to lend their whole-hearted support for gratuitous violence targeting the most vulnerable members of our society?
I was very disappointed to hear this call handler (Helen 8736) working for A&S Police offering her full support to the most repugnent forms of terrorism, kidnapping, patient beating/battery and serial murder targeting the UK general public, most notably ailing terminally patients.

To call these people spineless murdering psychopaths on an ego trip is certainly no understatement. Criminals using their uniform to murder innocent people is whats happeneing here, fairly clearly, and thats why they need putting in jail, before they kill/kidnap/mutilate someone else.
