Guru Larry on Gamesworld - 4/5: Sports Night

Down to the final two contestants with sports night!!! The Sega Saturn finally gets some love this time with button bashers, Athlete Kings (AKA DecAthlete) and Winter Heat.

Bit silly editing with this episode, you can tell that I am really good at the game as the world record in the top of the screen has my initials (L.B). Why they never picked up on that is beyond me. But I am pretty terrible at button basher sports games, but these games rely on rhythm of the presses, rather than speed.

Also, one thing that irked me about this episode, before filming one of the producers came up to me and suggested I should lose on purpose so they could have a girl in the final. Really bugged me as I had auditioned to be on Gamesworld twice before and was rejected and this was pretty much the final chance I ever had at winning the show (which turned out to be true as Gamesworld was axed at the end of this series). I mean obviously no offense to Sian, But I couldn't care less about them having a good show, it was a competition. If they had offered me the prize still and invited to come back (also if I knew then, what I know now), then I might have taken them up on the offer, but it did annoy me.

But if you think this show is rigged in any way, wait till you see the next episode...
