Absolutely disgusting glitch for Square Enix to leave in a game like this, It's not just me that it happened to judging from the number of videos of it on YouTube, But I've managed to find a way around it!!!

This happened to me on the Xbox 360 version, but I've also had complaints that it's also happening on the PS3 version (ball's still out on the PC port).

But here's how to fix the ascention glitch in tomb raider.... Enjoy!!!
