Here is Part 15 of the ‘Linear Independence Basics’ series!
In this video, I repeat an ostinato of 16th-note double strokes with my right hand and right foot (leading with the right hand), and I combine that with six patterns that I play with my left hand and left foot, for two bars of 4/4 each.
The six patterns are:
Single Strokes
Reversed Single Strokes
Double Strokes
Inverted Double Strokes
Reversed Double Strokes
Reversed Inverted Double Strokes
The entire series was filmed, recorded, and mixed at Southampton Solent University.
