Brunch Egg Soufflé | Light and Fluffy Egg Recipe

Never thought that making a soufflé could be that easy...but it is.

But it’s not just for brunch.

And again, we’ll only use ingredients that are not only available in your local grocery store, but items that are probably in your kitchen right now.

Also, we always suggest doing as much prep work as possible, before starting to bring the ingredients together.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
1 teaspoon unsalted butter per serving
2 fresh large-grade eggs per serving
2 teaspoons salt (preferably kosher)
2 teaspoons coarse black pepper
1/4 of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of heavy cream per serving
A bag of frozen diced potatoes or hashbrowns (optional)
1 ~ 1-1/2 cups of your favorite cheese grated
Fresh chives, thyme, or favorite herbs
Large oven-safe ramekins or cups for baking
