Alan W. Colie arrested in connection to shooting at the Dulles Town Center Mall Food Court

A shooting incident occurred at the Dulles Town Center Mall Food Court this morning resulting in the arrest and charging of a Leesburg man, Alan W. Colie, with several charges including aggravated malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
