The language has been hijacked once again to gaslight the would be "conspiracy theorists" who have long made such bold claims as to fact of "chem trails" raining down on us from overhead. However, talk like that will get STILL get the room to stare at you like the local looney tune, but code switch to "cloud seeding" and now were talking about some kind of cutting edge technology and your an idiot if you question its validity. Of course its safe and effective. Yeah, where have I heard that before? See how they do that?
