The number of people injured in the explosion in a cafe on Universitetskaya embankment in St. Petersburg has increased to 25 people. This was stated in the Telegram channel by the governor of the city Alexander Beglov.
Russia’s interior ministry has confirmed the death of war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky in a cafe blast in St. Petersburg.

Beglov also said that 19 of the victims were hospitalized in medical facilities in St. Petersburg, where they are provided with all the necessary medical care.

"Unfortunately, 1 person died. At the moment, 25 injured. 19 hospitalized. The city's hospitals provide all the necessary assistance. The city has all the necessary resources to provide assistance to the victims," ​​the governor of St. Petersburg wrote.

"At 6:13 p.m. on April 2, 2023, the police received information about a blast in Universitetsjaya Embankment 25. As a result, one person was killed. It was war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky.
