A secret Pentagon video shows a "nuclear strike" on Indianapolis in a fake news release created by the U.S. government in 1986 for use as a training exercise for an atomic attack.

The recording was made as part of a military exercise called "Mighty Derringer" to test coordination between federal agencies in the event of a threat.
