Here is How to do Banded Bicep Curl Exercise
In this 2 Minute Tutorial Play breakdown the bandit, bicep curl exercise, which is just a variation of the standard dumbbell bicep curl. I like the bandit bicep curl because the resistance changes as you stretch the band out, giving you whats called variable resistance. This means that the start of the exercises a bit easier, but near the top it gets a lot harder and this allows your body to get challenged different than normal weights would challenge it.
