Transgenders - Can Sane People Fix The Insane?

We live in a tolerant no-judging era AKA insanity. Sorting out the gay issue is difficult enough: What is gay? Do they choose that lifestyle or are they born that way? What is the opposite of gay? Who decides which is which? These are all valid questions to ask about gay issues, but we are way beyond that now. Today it's all about the transmissions.
