EU warns China about its position on Ukrainian conflict

In spite of the EU's efforts to 'patch' its relations with China, it always finds something to consider inappropriate for building a dialogue. Beijing has its own will and policies, including those towards Russia and Ukraine, and that is something that the EU doesn't really want to face. RT contributor Rachel Marsden gives us more details.
