The best keto recipes for weight loss: Air fryer pepperoni and pesto chicken melt

Made in just 17 minutes, doesn't get easier than this does it? Serve two people although you can up the breast volume for more. Perfect with vegs, potatoes or even a salad.

Ingredients:
-2 chicken breasts 🐓
- one tsp pesto
- 40g pepperoni
- 50g light mozzarella
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions:
1. One slice of chicken down the side.
2. Fill with the pesto, pepperoni and mozzarella.
3. Sprinkle a tbsp of Cajun seasoning and low cal spray.
4. Airfryer at 200 for 17 minutes.
