The videos on this channel were designed with the intention of promoting rest to the restless mind in a troubled world. Simply incorporating a few minutes during the day or an entire night time will bring balance to your soul. It is an extraordinary way to add relaxing and peaceful comfort to an anxious mind especially in preparation for sleep. Each night I put on one of my videos; dim the background light of the tv or laptop; adjust the volume; and set the timer to a few hours to fall asleep or sometimes I just let the video run to the end. It is a healthy thing to give your mind something soothing to push back the exposures of a world filled with toxic messages and negativity.
