Are the debug messages annoying you? Is the build having trouble streaming textures? Try these commands:

Use the ` key (typically on the left side of the "1" number at the top of the keyboard) to enter console commands.

DisableAllScreenMessages
r.Streaming.PoolSize (enter your desired vram usage here)

You can also try adjusting the MipMap LOD Bias for reduced texture resolution and less memory overhead.
