Twitter Code Open-Sourced - what we know and why it matters

This is very brief as I have too much on, but I will do a quick thing where I tell you what's happening. I'm sure I'll be on things in a week or two, and as people start to dig deeper, it'll likely get more sinister, but here's what we know already.
