Cannabis Criminals -No 2nd Ammendment for you

A little skit I associated with Maryland Legislation playing this stupid game where they allow medical cannabis, when the FDA says the plant is non therapeutic and not medicine, yet due to the same stipulation handed to DEA to regulate scheduling of substances, anyone In Possession of this obviously therapeutic schedule 1 substance is forgoing their second ammendment right to bear arms. This is specifically due to the Federal Schedule 1 placement of Cannabis. But again states are kicking themselves in the mouth bc the same stipulation is being used by states and gone against, but they play along when it suits the agenda at hand.
This is blatant disregard for the truth, and me up the ultimate catch 22 IMO. Currently as of 4/1/2023 Martland has not connected the MMA system for cannabis users to the Gun Network, so if you want to do that, nows the time before the really Crack down.
Surprisingly conservative states like Montana are fixing the issue, not really a surprise but humorous given its due to cannabis, and it's definitely those conservative ways of thinking that is perpetuating this prohibition mindset today.
