I made this video with a little hint of sarcasm as you cannot take Theory of Evolution seriously. My sarcasm however does not apply to Creationism and you should definitely take it seriously.

If you consider yourself as a Born Again Christian I also assume you believe that God created everything in just 6 days. If you have any doubts and you still mix Evolution and Creation in one pot than after this video you can proudly strain out Evolution from your pot - Bon appetit!
