After convincing Detective Montoya that the Court of Owls is partly responsible for the corruption of the GCPD and the death of Jim Gordon, she enlists Batgirl to seek evidence by tracking the GCPD detectives taking bribes and helping to cover up corruption and payoffs! Now it's a matter of her finding the corrupt cops and gathering anything that she can to reveal the truth of the Court and its current leader...!
