62 Panic slowly, the world is not going to end today

Whenever people try to get us to panic, they're trying to control us. Whether it's doctors panicking us into immediate operations, politicians panicking us about lock-downs, groups trying to panic us about an environmental crisis, they're trying to control us. Why? Because, when we're in panic, we're unable to think clearly. However, when we allow ourselves to stop and fall back into peace, our true knowing arises.
