Inner Groin Release Using Rad Axle

Learn how to use RadRoller tools For self-care In the form of myofascial release.

In this video, two possible options to release the inner groin using the Rad Axle blocks and a double round. The first exercise has a broad outline to the inner thigh or abductor and adductor muscle group. The second setup is for finding the trigger point releases. Definitely more intense bodywork on the double round and block setup. Watch to the end to find out how.

A reminder that when we release the tension of the leg muscles, it will positively influence and restore balance to the back. The back is the major issue with so many of us. Balance and alignment, plus the flexibility that this self-massage can bring, will create less pain in the back body.
