WSJ Editor in Chief comments on arrest of American reporter in Russia

Wall Street Journal reporter, Evan Gershkovic, was arrested on charges of alleged espionage in Russia. Emma Tucker, The Wall Street Journal's Editor in Chief, says they are aware that he is in a notorious prison in Moscow but have been unable to reach him.
