BrightCanNews takes another deep dive into the WEF's Smart City agenda with his buddy Rusty Shackleford. They go through the 7 steps needed to go down the Rabbit hole far enough to connect the World Economic Forum's agenda to problems at a local level in Guelph with the upcoming Carbon Credit digital currency pilot.
Rusty is currently running around town telling them not to sign up for the Carbon Credit digital currency and finding the RFID tags on his garbage bins. Protests and Canadians calling out the WEFs agenda continue across the Canada.
