Dear Money Metrics,
I hope this email finds you well. My name is Geoff, and I am a software engineer based in Toronto.
Despite earning a salary of $130k per year, I feel like I am struggling to make ends meet. My rent for a downtown condo is $3500, and I still owe $70k on a car I bought. Additionally, I have just finished my studies and have an OSAP debt of $45k.
I am reaching out to you because I feel lost and uncertain about what I should be doing to improve my financial situation. I know that I should be saving more and making smarter investment decisions, but I am not sure where to start.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with some advice on what I should be doing to get ahead. I am open to any suggestions, including budgeting tips, debt management strategies, and investment opportunities that could help me achieve my financial goals.
Thank you for your time and expertise. I look forward to hearing back from you.
Geoff
