On my weekly tour of the downtown Eastside of Vancouver I noticed the largest amount of homeless people I've ever seen since I've started documenting. There were homeless people absolutely everywhere. So I started wondering can this actually be fixed? Is there a way to actually find housing for the homeless and help all of these people recover from drugs and also join society??
