HOW TO DELETE INSTAGRAM VIDEO

To delete an Instagram post, follow these steps:

Open the Instagram app and navigate to your profile by tapping the profile icon in the bottom right corner.

Locate the post you want to delete by scrolling through your feed or by tapping the square icon with your profile picture in the bottom right corner to view your own posts.

Once you have found the post you want to delete, tap the three dots in the top right corner of the post.

Select "Delete" from the menu that appears.

Confirm that you want to delete the post by tapping "Delete" again.

Your Instagram post should now be deleted. Please note that once a post is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
