Romans 3:9-20 The law announces violations and penalty

When you drive a car, you must have a driver's license and know the traffic rules. One must obey the traffic rules to avoid accidents and murder. Everyone is obliged to take note of the Word of God. Regardless of whether one has knowledge of traffic rules, in the event of an accident or murder, one will be judged according to the law.
Likewise man, regardless of whether he/she has knowledge of the Word of God, every person will be judged by the Laws of God.
