Michael Burry: "I was wrong to say SELL". But why?

Michael Burry has tweeted that he was "wrong to say sell" when he did in February. But, why? Is it because he thinks the stock market will boom? Or is it because he thinks the market is bubbly? Or is it a combination of both?
