Russian forces in Syria have protested “provocative actions” by U.S. troops deployed in the country. Russian state news agency TASS cited Russian officials in Syria alleging “provocative” incidents had occurred in Syria’s northeastern province of Hassakeh where US forces have been deployed for several years.
