I've been working in health for nearly 25 years. I qualified in intensive care nursing which gave me a great understanding of how the body works.

I worked in many other areas of general nursing but found myself gravitating towards the area of mental health with a focus on addiction treatment and then acute mental health, that is the very serious side of the field. Over the 20 years in the mainstream health industry, I became steadily more and more disillusioned with the misinformation and harmful treatment that I witnessed…

From harmful and deadly medications being given inappropriately to outrageous so-called advice and the blatant disregard of therapies and interventions which are highly effective, I felt I was unable to effectively battle a broken system any longer.
