braised back ribs in soy sauce
▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣Soak 1kg of back ribs in water and drain for 1 hour (change water once or twice in between)
2️⃣Wash the back ribs after draining the blood
3️⃣Add enough water to submerge the back ribs, add 50ml of rice wine (shochu), whole black pepper, 2~3 slices of ginger, and bay leaf.
4️⃣When it boils, remove impurities, boil over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, then wash thoroughly
5️⃣Cooking sauce (mix soy sauce 80ml, raw sugar (sugar) 50ml, water 180ml, honey (starch syrup) 3, minced onion half, cooking wine 2, minced garlic 1~2, minced green onion 1~2, pepper, sesame oil 1), back ribs Add and boil
6️⃣Close the lid and simmer for 15 minutes over medium-low heat
7️⃣When the broth is left alone, taste it, add sweetness with honey, and add 1 spoonful of sesame oil to finish^^
