▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣Fry 1 minced garlic and green onion in cooking oil
2️⃣Add 1~2 red pepper powder, add a little water (broth) and stir-fry
3️⃣Insert rice porridge and stir-fry more (pass possible)
4️⃣Add anchovy broth (500ml) and boil
5️⃣Add soft tofu and jjolmyeon
6️⃣Put in mushrooms, Cheongyang peppers, red peppers, green onions, and eggs.
7️⃣Lan is 1 oyster sauce, 1 fish sauce. For liver, salt or fish sauce is lacking.
