Mother Found DEAD &TODDLER MISSING, Florida, Santa Muerte, MISSING TEXAS CHILD Noel Rodriguez. An Amber Alert was issued for the toddler, who remains missing after his mother was found dead in their St. Petersburg apartment Thursday.

Pashun Jeffrey, 20, was killed at Lincoln Shores Apartments, located at 11601 4th Street North, according to St. Pete police.

SPPD Chief Anthony Holloway said a blood trail was seen near Jeffrey’s vehicle
Authorities initially issued an Amber Alert after Noel was reported missing on Friday in Everman, Texas, which is about 12 miles south of Fort Worth.

Some family members reportedly told authorities this week that they haven't seen Noel since November, but police said in an updated alert on Sunday that he disappeared on Thursday.

According to Spencer, CPI also found the boy's father in Mexico, who told the agency that he did not have Noel. He reportedly told authorities he has never met his son since he was deported before Noel was born.
