Andrew Tate and his brother released from jail in Romania

Controversial influencer Andrew Tate and his brother have been released from prison in Romania.

They have been placed under house arrest for 30 days instead, according to court documents.

The pair have been arrested on suspicion of crimes including human trafficking.

Their spokesperson told Sky News the brothers were looking forward to going home.
