How to Stop sharing from instagram to facebook

To stop sharing your Instagram posts on Facebook, follow these steps:

Open the Instagram app on your smartphone.
Go to your profile by tapping on the profile icon at the bottom right of the screen.
Tap on the three horizontal lines at the top right corner of the screen to open the menu.
Select "Settings" at the bottom of the menu.
Tap on "Account" from the Settings menu.
Scroll down to the "Sharing to Other Apps" section and select "Facebook".
Tap on "Unlink Account" to disconnect your Instagram account from your Facebook account.
You can also toggle off the option to share your Instagram posts on Facebook if you want to keep the accounts linked but stop the sharing feature.
That's it! Your Instagram posts will no longer be shared on Facebook after you unlink your accounts.
