Since last year ive been in 24 hour lockdown. No yard time.

Pacing a 3metre cell with zero electronics or outside contact. Absolute clarity of mind. Real thoughts. Real plans.

Vivid pain.

One hour home and I cant stand my phone.

Some habits die hard.

Our explanations: You can see he is taking off from that cigar like its the last one on Earth. He is saying something because in the jail you feel immense clarity without all the problems of the world on your shoulder but just your own. He is moving out in the room exactly like in the jail because for 3 months thats what he did, walking around whenever he could.
